Mentor & Judges
Mr. Pradeep Vaiddya
This year, our Mentor – Pradeep Vaiddya will be conducting the Orientation workshop. Pradeep is a well-known personality in the art & theatre circle. He is a versatile person with hands on experience and achievements in various performing arts such as Writing, Playwriting, Music Composing, Acting, Publishing and so on. He has won many accolades for his work at State as well as National level. He conducts theatre training and personality development workshops on a regular basis. Recently he has established his own theatre training academy, EXPRESSION LAB in Pune.
Apart from mentoring, he will also be part of the judges panel during the competitions. After the competition, Pradeep will give a note to each participating team about the judges’ remarks on their performance thus adding value to their further development.
Mr. Kiran Arun Yadnyopavit
We have great priviledge to have Mr. Kiran Arun Yadnyopavit as our judge. He has completed his B.Sc Chemistry from Nowrosjee Wadia College Pune. He has worked with Adamantine Advertising (Prop.),
Emtech Automation Pvt. Ltd. (Director).
His playwrites are Mitradvay, Pahile Padhe, Samaj and so on,, He has also directed Malabh, Aparadhi Sugandh and much more. As a writer his writings are Bagh Hat Dakhvun, Ek Dav Dhobi Paccchhad, Sukhant and has directed a film taryanche Bait.
Along with all this superb qualities he is also a good actor, his films as actor Jagar, Chaitra .. He is member Member -Secretary and founder of Samanvay,Maharashtra Cultural Center Sudarshan Rangamanch.

Sandhy Dharm
We have a great honour to have Sandhya Dharm, daughter of the great tabla maestro Late Sri. S.V.Patwardhan.She is passionate in Indian Classical Dance- Bharatnatyam by taking initial training under Guru Smt.Ratnaprabha Tate, Mumbai.She continued her learning from Aradhana Institute of Dance, Pune under Guru.Smt Prerna Desai & her advance training under Guru Smt.Maithili Raghavan of the renowed gharana Kalakshetra. The ttraditionalVarnam, Padam, Tillana the cores of any dance in Bharatnatyam were performed by her. She has created & Choreographed many dance shows mainly tarang, Vedh and Madhuram.
She has created & Choreographed dance show Samarth Bhava Darshan based on composition of Shri Ramdas Swami With music of Sudhir Moghe, Then Madgulyache gadima based on Marathi poet’s composition Shri. Ga Di Madgulkar. Many of her performances have been telecasted on ETV Marathi. The other dance shows include Sanwaad, Kalidas Vilas and so on….
Many well known & Senior artists in Marathi like Shrikant Moghe, anand Modak, Babasaheb Purandare and Shobha Abhyankar has given her accolades for her dance shows. Alongwith it she has received award for abhinayafrom Lalit Kala Kendra.
Her shows are unique and choreography is simple, so that audience can easily relate them and understand the expressions. She strives continuously for the betterment and flying carrier of her students.
Mr. Pravin Joshi

Mr.Makarand Brahme
Our next judge a highly creative & passionate media professional Mr.Makarand Brahme. His career started in the field of advertising & media in 1976 in Pune with Tom & Bay Advertising . He worked as creative head & line producer for television serial on Doordarshan National Network.
He produced 3 popular serials during 1984 to 1986.

- Kabhi Na Chode Khet..( Director- M.K. Raina )
Later he became production controller & marketing head for mega Television serial
- Sword of Tipu Sultan- directed by Mr. Sanjay Khan
- Chankya – directed by Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi
In 1991 he became marketing incharge for
- The Great Maratha – directed by Mr. Sanjay Khan
- Chandrkanta – produced by Neeraja Guleri
He produced innovative TV programme like Tele-Housie.His best achievement was when he joined Amitabh Bachhan Corporation Ltd. As Vice-Producer & produced many TV serials like Dekh Bhai Dekh & Godrej Miss World 1996.
He has been also part of Theatre groups like Theatre Academy Pune & Avishkar Theatre Group ,Mumbai.He also acted in plays like Ghashiram Kotwal, Mahanirvan etc.
He has received training in Indian Classical Music from Guru Shri Ram Mate. His passion towards music has inspiredhim to make documentary “Adwait Sangeet” on legendry.
